TRX training is a great addition to any workout. Here at the studio we incorporate this great tool into most of the programmes that we design.
Although often sold as the complete workout, the TRX is best used in addition to traditional strength work as it is important to stimulate muscle development with more than just body weight.
Combine TRX work with kettlebells, dumbbells and cable machines, along with some cardiovascular training on either the rower or the spin bike and you've got yourself a great workout!
