Boot Camp (Group Training) starts back on Friday 5th February!
We currently have a superb group of people training together (a mix of male and female). They have a range of fitness levels, have a lot of fun, but work hard at the same time!
Our focus is on developing functional strength, improving fitness, lifting energy levels and improving body shape.
Although we are looking pretty full, do contact us if you are keen as we may be able to fit you in!
This first block for the year starts on Friday 5th February.
We will be training for 8 weeks - so 16 sessions. The cost for the block - $224

About your trainer...
Hugh is an extremely experienced trainer who has worked with many different people including top athletes - the most notables being Irene van Dyk - netball; Gareth Kean - Commonwealth Games swimming Silver Medallist; Rubin Statham (NZ Tennis #1) and the Black Sticks hockey squad. He has also worked with a number of teams including Wellington Colts Rugby; the Shakers Netball team and Wellington NPC Netball squads plus others just wanting to improve themselves.
The training is always a fun and social environment but still challenges you to achieve your individual objectives.
