The 9.15am Group Fitness Training session are due to start back on Friday 5th February!
We have a superb all female group training together on Monday's and Friday's at 9.15am at either Narrow Neck beach or up beside Fort Takapuna. There is a range of fitness levels and we cater for all levels. We also have a lot of fun, but work hard at the same time!
Our focus is on developing functional strength, improving fitness, lifting energy levels and improving body shape.

This first block for the year starts on Friday 5th February.
We will be training for 8 weeks - so 16 sessions. The cost for the block - $224

About your trainer...
Hugh is an extremely experienced trainer who has worked with many different people including top athletes - the most notables being Irene van Dyk - netball; Gareth Kean - Commonwealth Games swimming Silver Medallist; Rubin Statham (NZ Tennis #1) and the Black Sticks hockey squad. He has also worked with a number of teams including Wellington Colts Rugby; the Shakers Netball team and Wellington NPC Netball squads plus others just wanting to improve themselves.
